Brazilian Congress of Soil Science


The XXXVIII Brazilian Congress of Soil Science and the XXIII Latin American Congress of Soil Science, which would be held in 2021, were postponed because of the pandemic and will be held from July 30 to August 4, 2023.

The event theme will be: Latin America and the good governance of its soils and biomes: possibility or utopia?







Brazilian Congress of Soil Science

The Brazilian Soil Science Society promotes, every two years, preferably in odd years, the Brazilian Congress of Soil Science (CBCS), for the approximation of associates, presentation of technical and scientific papers and dissemination of the advances of Soil Science.

The venues of the upcoming events are defined at the SBCS Ordinary General Meeting, on the occasion of the Brazilian Congresses of Soil Science.
